Day 1
Theory and shallow-water skills

Paperwork done and your certification processed. If wind cost us a day, this is where we catch up.
Boat days follow our daily schedule — 07:00 hotel pickup, back at your hotel around 13:30 — and the plan shifts if wind or sea conditions say so. Your instructor sets the final pace.

Adult Open Water recommended depth to 18 m / 60 ft; for ages 10–11 generally shallower (SSI standards list 12 m for this age band).
